Chairman’s Forgotten Cask rum 750ml

The Forgotten Cask Rums from Chairman’s were born from the unfortunate fire in 2007 that forced the distillery to relocate barrels to avoid their destruction. Today, Chairman’s “forgets” about a few casks every year to give them an additional aging period in the barrel houses that sit in the St. Lucia sun!

Aroma: Rich caramel and molasses, with a hint of vanilla.

Palate: More of the same, but a unique ripe banana flavor undertones the spice, and rich molasses.
