Merchant

The Merchant role is a sales / customer service position. This role requires candidates to be good in the customer service, communication, and sales capacities.
Candidates will work with customer to educate them about the products we carry, and services we offer. They will also be required to help serve at the tasting bar, conduct tasting events, and check out customers at the register.
Requirements for position.
  • Strong understand of the wine industry.
  • Basic understanding of service etiquette.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Good temperament and overall positive attitude.
Certifications Required.
  • Alcohol Awareness Cards
  • Food Handlers Safety Card
