Born in 2007, the Whistle Pig story is unique. Originally the distillery would purchase barrels from Canadian distillers, and finish the Whiskies in Vermont. As of 2015, the production has moved to the Vermont distillery entirely.
Aroma: Allspice, orange peel, anise, oak, char and caramel in perfect balance.
Palate: Sweet hints of caramel and vanilla, followed by rye spice and mint.
