The 2023 vintage is produced from 100% Chenin Blanc sourced from Kirchhoff Vineyards, an organic vineyard in Clarksburg; California’s most famed region for Chenin Blanc.

The wine was fermented on its skins for 36 days. The cap was gently punched down by hand and then aged for ten months in neutral French oak barrels. This wine was fermented utilizing indigenous yeast and was bottled unfined and unfiltered. The Skin Contact Chenin Blanc was produced using minimal sulfur (30-33 ppm).

Aroma: This results in a Chenin Blanc with textural complexity and depth balanced with fresh notes of dried apricot, golden apple, ginger, and honeysuckle.

It is recommended to leave the wine for at least 20 minutes prior to serving the wine to fully experience its intricate range of flavors.
