100% Malted Rye from a single cask.

Old Potrero is the original craft whiskey and spirits house of Northern California. All the spirits run through short pot stills, and have impeccable flavors. This Rye was selected by one of our customers, as a private barrel. We loved it so much we begged him to let us keep some for other. Thankfully he agreed!

Aroma: On first crack, the bottle have a lot of spice and oak, but after a couple pours, the aromas of honey, cherry, vanilla, and buttercream are overwhelming.

Palate: Soft for 132 proof. The rich flavors and oak tannins are perfectly integrated!
