Lambics are made in a unique way. They are fermented in open top fermentation tanks and allow the natural yeasts in the air to generate the necessary fermentation for making the Beer. This Lambic has an added Cherry extract which develops a secondary fermentation. This makes the Beer yeasty and sweet.
