Champagne Roland is one of the fiercely independent producers of top quality Champagne. Carte Blanche is 100% Chardonnay from Chouilly using Grand Cru vineyards.
The wine is extremely fresh. Aromas of cereal, lemon meringue, and custard pop on the nose. The palate is bright and acidity is medium. Drink now, but you can hold on to this one for a bit, even though it’s not a vintage.
