City Lights Shine 750ml

City Lights Shine is a unique unaged Whiskey made in Las Vegas from a blend of Corn and Sugar. Most “moonshines” are traditionally made from fruits, or straight corn. They are made at higher alcohol contents (100 proof or more), and are drank neat or cut with juices.

The origins of shine start in the hills of the ozark mountains in the 1920’s and 1930’s. They rose in popularity during prohibition, but many were low quality. Today, producers like City Lights are taking the origins and creating top quality whiskies with unique flavors.

Aroma: Sweet aromas of corn and sugarcane. Reminiscent to Agricole Rums.

Palate: Sweet with a touch of heat. Warming flavors of baked sugarcane and corn, are balanced and the distillate is clean.
