A gorgeous little winery situated above an old manganese mine inactive since the Spanish civil war. This gravity-powered winery has rehabilitated some of the mine’s tunnels to store its barrels for optimal ageing. With just 7 Hectares of precious old-vines, Clos Berenguer focuses on producing only extraordinary reserve wines worthy of carrying the Priorat appellation on their labels.

Aroma: Smoke and Iron minerals with intense red fruit. Strawberry, Licorice, and preserves.

Palate: Generous fruit and acidity.
