NOSE Zesty seville orange aromas appear with plenty of cinnamon and clove spice. Stewed fruits – red berries, plum, and cherries are complemented by nuances of milk chocolate.
TASTE Creamy; followed by cracked black pepper, dark forest fruits with warming spice. Orange marmalade flavours come to the fore. Roasted walnut leads to toasted oak.
About Glen Grant: A visionary to the last, James ‘The Major’ Grant inherited our distillery in 1872, bringing with him an affinity for the natural world – and a marked aversion to the ordinary. While journeying the globe, from Southern Africa to the peaks of Himalayas, he was inspired to create a splendid garden, unlike any other in Speyside.
