Symphony Series No. 2 is an 8-month aged Reposado in special multi-wood casks, offering vanilla, caramel, coconut, and spice, showcasing complex oak influence. The “Symphony” concept uses barrels with staves from different wood regions (American and Hungarian) for a rich, blended flavor profile, distinct from traditional aging. 

Aroma: Cooked agave and baking spices.

Palate: Rich fruitiness with oak and spice.
