Pasote is an additive free producer of small batch Tequila made using old school methods of distillation. The use of ovens versus autoclaves and tahona wheels versus roller mills, ensures an exceptional sip in every glass.

Aroma:  Ripe essence of the plant itself, roasted to perfection to bring out its herbaceous depths. A deeper sniff reveals fragrant undertones of fresh herbs and citrus fruits.

Palate:  Savory notes of intense agave balanced with flavors of pineapple on the mid-palate.
