Pasote is an additive free producer of small batch Tequila made using old school methods of distillation. The use of ovens versus autoclaves and tahona wheels versus roller mills, ensures an exceptional sip in every glass.

Aroma:  The distinctive herbal aroma of roasted agave is delicately balanced with subtle notes of ripe coconut, vanilla and sweet American oak.

Palate: Sweet flavors of light caramel and dried fruits lead to subtle notes of vanilla and roasted nuts.
