This unique environment allows the aging process of these Malted Barley Whiskies to be much quicker than other regions due to the heat and cold spikes, we well elevation. The Double Cask is a blend of Bourbon and Sherry Cask Whiskies matured for the perfect marriage of flavor.
NOSE
Full-bodied aroma of tropical fruits, smooth malty tones and oaky notes from double oak-wood barrels create an aurora of flavors.
PALATE
Lustful elegance of sweet fruits; riding on rich sherry for a blissful nirvana.
