Intense ruby color with garnet reflections, which become more pronounced with aging. Complex and refined bouquet, with notes of ripe red fruits, cherry, plum, and hints of blackberry.

These are complemented by spicy and tertiary aromas such as vanilla, tobacco, leather, and a touch of licorice. The finish is long, with well-defined tannins. Brunello di San Polo, thanks to the characteristics of the soils from which it originates, withstands long aging and improves with bottle aging.
