This Charanda (Rum) is made using first pressed cane juice, aged in oak casks and infused with mushrooms. Each bottle is individually numbered and contains a small amount of mushrooms in the bottle.
The profile is very complex: grassy sweet aromas of sugar, with a rich umami from the mushroom. The oak lends a hint of vanilla and butterscotch the finish.
