Valdespino is considered one of the best Sherry producers in Spain. Dating back to the 1700’s they have been making top quality Jerez, Amontillado, and Manzanilla in ancient traditional methods.

Amontillado Sherries are profiled as nutty and have a crisp acidic flavor. There is a slight apple note to the wine, but this is balanced with almond and walnuts.
