BNAAA Takes the traditional process of making Mezcal to develop a thing of complex beauty!
This is a 100% Espadin based Mezcal which uses 8-10 year aged agaves for its cook. The process for distillation is traditional, using an horse drawn Tahona wheel for the crush, underground brick ovens for the cook, and distillation in copper pot stills in Santiago de Matatlán.
This is a complex Espadin profile. Filled with fruit, bright spices including anis, licorice, and fennel, and a note of tar. The ABV’s 45% allows for the palate to find the more fruity side of the distillate.
