Rose from Caves D’Esclans combines ingenious winemaking with time honored techniques.

Garrus is made under the watchful eyes of Sacha Lichine and his winemaker Bertrand Leon. The wines grapes are picked by hand from sunrise until 12pm in September. The grapes are carried in small bunches to ensure the weight from the top will not burst the bottom of the basket. The wines are optically sorted, aged in french oak, and taste more like White Burgundy.
