Gekkeikan is one of the oldest breweries in all Japan. The Sake focuses on balance between floral aromas and sweet melon. This Junmai Ginjo has a high polishing ratio, which gives it a lighter body, and the KOJI (yeast) used for the Sake delivers a sweet mid-palate.
