Origami “Thousand Cranes” Junmai Daiginjo 750ml

Origami is one of the few Saké producers we carry from a domestic brewery. The reason is simple; few domestic producers can create the flavors that traditional Japanese houses can (in our opinion). Origami is built on the fundamentals that great rice and water can create a perfect Saké from the U.S.

Aroma: Perfect integration of melon and orchid aromas. The slightest notes of yeast from the Koji show through nicely.

Palate: Rich and enveloping mouthfeel.
