Nestled close to the Kuma River in the middle of Japan lies Ohsihi distillery. This amazing producer uses two types of rice to create a distillate that is refined and exceptional for aging.

The Islay cask goes through 3 years before bottling at 86 proof. The flavors are delicate. Smoke, brine, leather, and some banana seem to meld beautifully on the palate. Cut with a high quality water to release a floral aroma of roses and lime peel.
