From on of the few “single nom” sourced distilleries we’ve been able to find, Volcan is a delicious producer of the best agave from both the lowlands and highlands of Jalisco.
Aroma: Since this is a blend of both lowland and highland, the aromas are layered with spice and citrus, but also have fruit notes like cherry and pear.
Palate: Delicious agave, grapefruit, and black pepper.
